Ruso Blanco y Black Russian

The Black Russian was the first of these two vodka cocktails, the White Russian is a variant that emerged in the 1980s. The Black Russian is produced for the first time in 1949 in a Belgian hotel and owes its name to the coffee liqueur that gives it its dark color (in the case of white it obtains its white color from cream or cream) and to the fact that vodka is popularly known as the drink of the Russians. Its taste is sweet.

Ingredients:
The Black Russian:
– 50 ml of GABRI VODKA
– 20 ml of coffee liqueur
– 1 Maraschino cherry

The White Russian:
– 50 ml of GABRI VODKA
– 30 ml of milk cream
– 20 ml of coffee liqueur (such as Kahlúa)

Preparation:
– To prepare the Black Russian cocktail, mix 50 ml of GABRÍ VODKA and 20 ml of coffee liqueur in a shaker with ice. Serve in a low glass (old fashioned) and decorate it with a Maraschino cherry.

– In case you want to prepare a White Russian cocktail, put the ice in the low glass (old fashioned), add 30 ml of milk cream and shake until it becomes frothy. At that moment, add 50 ml of VODKA GABRÍ and 20 ml of coffee liqueur.
