Ingredients:
– Balloon glass or large wide glass, ideally about 550 cc upwards
– 75 ml of GIN GABRI
– 100 ml of tonic water
– 50 ml of ginger beer or ginger ale
– 25ml lemon juice
– A slice of radish
– A lemon peel
– Ice generously (3/4 of the glass or glass)
Preparation:
– Fill the glass with ice, let it cool for two minutes and remove the excess water.
– Add lemon juice to taste (no more than 10 cc).
– Add the GIN GABRÍ, then add the tonic water using the cocktail spoon and, finally, add the 50 ml of Ginger beer or Ginger ale.
– Add the lemon peel twisting them and releasing the essential oils.
