GABRÍ Cosmopolitan

One of the most famous cocktails in the world of mixology made from vodka is the Cosmopolitan, also known as Cosmo. It began to be made in the 70's. However, some bartenders like Cheryl Cook, John Caine or Toby Cecchini improved and popularized it later. The Cosmopolitan cocktail is usually served in a cocktail glass (Martini glass).

Ingredients:
– 40 ml of GABRI VODKA
– 15 ml of Cointreau
– 15ml lemon juice
– 30 ml of cranberry juice

Preparation:
– Add 40 ml of GABRÍ VODKA, 15 ml of Cointreau, 15 ml of lemon juice and 30 ml of cranberry juice to the shaker to give it color without diluting it too much in the drink.
– Add ice and shake the shaker, serving previously filtered. To decorate it, use lemon peel in a spiral, you can flambé a piece of orange the size of a coin, giving rise to citrus oil.
– Finally, moisten the rim of the glass with lime juice and coat it with sugar.
